Autumn Kids Holiday Workshop: Little Warriors Yoga (9-14yrs)

Little Warriors Yoga is a dedicated yoga school for kids established in 2016 to spread the benefits of yoga to our little ones. Little Warriors Yoga equips children with tools that help them deal with life's up and downs, breathing techniques that can be utilised when feeling overwhelmed and relaxation methods to refer to and bring into practice in everyday life. We are excited to be joining Gasworks school holidays festival with Literary yoga. Expect to stretch, move our bodies, calm our minds and have fun as we practice yoga together with a touch of storytelling too!

For kids ages 9-14 years old.

Please wear comfy and moveable clothing. BYO water bottle and yoga mat (not essential).
