Winter Kids Holiday Workshop: Yoga in Wonderland

Come join the fun! Little Warriors Yoga presents Alice in Wonderland Literary Yoga. A special story telling spin on a yoga class for 5–9 year-olds and their grown ups. A paid ticket will be required for each adult & child attending the workshop.
Expect yoga poses, breathing exercises, story-telling and importantly relaxation tools and techniques to take away.
Participants will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated with skills to help them become happier and healthier human beings.
Mats are optional!
