The Boss Generation is Melbourne's first and only youth commercial dance initiative. Produced by Boss Dance Company and under the direction of company director Jordan Charles Herbert, this year's program consists of 55 of Melbourne's exceptional youth dancers, where talent and passion exceed all expectations.

Within this program, the young dancers have been exposed to industry-level training and professional mentoring whilst being able to showcase their newly learnt skills in a professional show. This show encapsulates some of the world's most influential cities around the world, and the stories that define these iconic places we know today, as told through current and commercial dance.

The Boss Generation presents 'GLOBAL' for 2023.

This performance emphasises the incredible, up-and-coming artists of Melbourne in one electrifying performance which is Generation Z.
